Skills based interpersonal training for your team

Research by the Harvard “Aristotle" project tells us that high performing teams need psychological safety to thrive. This is created when everyone has the chance to voice their thoughts to the group without fear of judgement or rejection. The unique and highly effective facilitation style of this programme will enable your team to go on a journey together that not only brings you closer, but strengthens bonds to be the best team you can be.

We have built this programme through Enspiral Dev Avademy and have successfully graduated over 400 students with these skills. Our hope is that our Dev Academy students graduate into a caring workforce that continues to encourage their growth.

Participants in the Human Skills programme gain shared skills and a common language to take back to their day-to-day interactions. Our Offerings

Bootcamp Experience

This is the consultation, preparation and delivery of Human Skills over eight separate sessions. This is the entire eight week curriculum delivered in the manner of a Dev Academy programme.

We take your team on a journey for 8 weeks that includes:

  • 8 x 90 min facilitated sessions (teams of 8-15 people)
  • 8 x 15-20min practice/study group sessions to be held over video conference
  • 5 hours consulting time over two months on leadership, rhythms and cultural practices
  • Workbooks and learning materials
  • Resources
  • Follow up session in 6 months
The content of the workshops can be tailored to suit your needs.

Workshop Series

This programme covers the consultation, preparation and delivery of Human Skills over four separate sessions.

This includes:

  • 4 x 90min facilitated sessions
  • 2 hours of consulting time before and during the sessions
  • Workbooks and learning materials
  • Resources
  • Follow up session in 6 months
These workshops can be tailored to meet your needs and are available as single workshops to boost team morale or as a great addition to your next team building event.

SARRAH JAYNE


Sarrah Jayne is the lead facilitator and programme designer.
She has been facilitating this programme within Enspiral Dev Academy for the last three years and has seen over 25 cohorts of students through the programme. She has a background in the well-being industry and has an approachable nature which allows everyone to feel comfortable. She meets every participant where they are most comfortable and lets them explore topics at their own pace.

JOSHUA VIAL


Joshua Vial is a founder of Enspiral and co-founder of Enspiral Dev Academy.
He has been a web developer for many years and has vast industry knowledge and experience. He has a passion for information and innovation and a skill for creatively framing and relating human skills and tech to each other.

MING JANSSEN


Ming Janssen has a background in Strategy and Organisational Change, focussing on flourishing team cultures and organisational learning.
She is passionate about cultivating diversity in teams and brings her cross cultural lens and work experience from South East Asia, South Africa and Amsterdam. She invites participants to show up authentically and meet their individual and collective learning edge.

DOUGAL STOTT


Dougal Stott is the Enspiral Dev Academy Kaiārahi Māori and our Auckland based human skills facilitator.
He comes from a long background in Māori education, youth development, business and entrepreneurship. Through sharing the human skills journey with participants, Dougal aims to better prepare and empower students to challenge industry stereotypes and change the face of the NZ Tech industry.
