Research by the Harvard “Aristotle" project tells us that high performing teams need psychological safety to thrive. This is created when everyone has the chance to voice their thoughts to the group without fear of judgement or rejection. The unique and highly effective facilitation style of this programme will enable your team to go on a journey together that not only brings you closer, but strengthens bonds to be the best team you can be.
We have built this programme through Enspiral Dev Avademy and have successfully graduated over 400 students with these skills. Our hope is that our Dev Academy students graduate into a caring workforce that continues to encourage their growth.
Participants in the Human Skills programme gain shared skills and a common language to take back to their day-to-day interactions. This assists you in resolving conflict, managing difficult conversations and being aware of each other’s needs. We support you every step of the way to integrate what you learn.
Through our sessions, individuals learn self reflection and emotional regulation skills that make it easier for teams to work together. As capacity for work builds so does the enjoyment and wellbeing outcomes for all staff.
At Enspiral Dev Academy we believe the power of kind and productive communication is crucial to the workplaces of today, and tomorrow. Minimise conflict and learn how to build trust.
This is the consultation, preparation and delivery of Human Skills over eight separate sessions. This is the entire eight week curriculum delivered in the manner of a Dev Academy programme.
We take your team on a journey for 8 weeks that includes:
This programme covers the consultation, preparation and delivery of Human Skills over four separate sessions.
"Sarrah and the EDA team have enthusiastically contributed to our accelerator programme at the Vodafone Xone foundation in Christchurch for the last two years. The Human Skills component has been incredibly valuable for relationship building both within the teams and between teams, so we were all able to support each other during the programme. We could choose what content was covered and on the day it was all woven together to create a series of fun and challenging activities, taking us beyond our comfort zone and giving us valuable, practical tools to take back to our communities."

"Often in the work place we can interact with people on a level that can fail to recognise their needs. The coaching that we have been given by Sarrah has changed my approach to how I work with others. The better we are able to listen to each other and empathise with each other, the better we would be able to work together. I would not hesitate to recommend the workshops and feel that they are of great value."
"The Human Skills course helps you recognise judgemental and discriminating behaviour in yourself. It is instrumental in empowering individuals to excite change, and make a positive impact. This course will help colleagues challenge themselves and help to build self confidence."
"Just wanted to follow up on yesterday’s workshop to say a big thank you for your efforts. I’ve had several people come up to me and say how valuable they found the session, and I certainly found myself more relaxed at the end of the day than the beginning."
