We have built this programme through Enspiral Dev Avademy and have successfully graduated over 400 students with these skills. Our hope is that our Dev Academy students graduate into a caring workforce that continues to encourage their growth.
Participants in the Human Skills programme gain shared skills and a common language to take back to their day-to-day interactions. This assists you in resolving conflict, managing difficult conversations and being aware of each other’s needs. We support you every step of the way to integrate what you learn.

Sarrah Jayne is the lead facilitator and programme designer.
She has been facilitating this programme within Enspiral Dev Academy for the last three years and has seen over 25 cohorts of students through the programme. She has a background in the well-being industry and has an approachable nature which allows everyone to feel comfortable. She meets every participant where they are most comfortable and lets them explore topics at their own pace.
Joshua Vial is a founder of Enspiral and co-founder of Enspiral Dev Academy.
He has been a web developer for many years and has vast industry knowledge and experience. He has a passion for information and innovation and a skill for creatively framing and relating human skills and tech to each other.
Ming Janssen has a background in Strategy and Organisational Change, focussing on
flourishing team cultures and organisational learning.
She is passionate about cultivating diversity in teams and brings her cross cultural lens and work experience from South East Asia, South Africa and Amsterdam. She invites participants to show up authentically and meet their individual and collective learning edge.
Dougal Stott is the Enspiral Dev Academy Kaiārahi Māori and our Auckland based
He comes from a long background in Māori education, youth development, business and entrepreneurship. Through sharing the human skills journey with participants, Dougal aims to better prepare and empower students to challenge industry stereotypes and change the face of the NZ Tech industry.
